A TRIP FOR EVERYONE

Conference on a sailing boat in Sweden

Try sailing during your next conference. It will be an active conference where you get to experience a lot, every day you sail to a new place. We can promise that your conversations will be much more creative and inspiring when you swap the conference room for the cockpit of a boat where you are surrounded by the sea and its beautiful surroundings.

During a conference with More Sailing in Sweden, you will discover the Swedish coast outside Skärhamn and discover the islands of Marstrand, Kärringön, etc. It is important to know that the route can change and that it is affected by, among other things, weather and wind.

We have noticed how close-knit a group can become after just a few days together on board our boats. Being able to combine a conference with sailing and socializing with colleagues is a much appreciated concept. It doesn't matter what sailing experience you have already because we have both a skipper and host on board, we offer sailing for everyone. We have previously organized conferences on boats for everything from small groups to entire companies of over 100 people.

How it works

Conference on a sailboat

More Sailing has organized conferences with crew for over ten years. On our boats you are in safe hands with our staff, we always have a skipper and a host on each boat. The crew ensures that you always feel comfortable and well. They serve food and drinks, they sail the boat and tell you about the different places you visit. If you want to learn how to sail, this is a perfect opportunity to do so during the trip.

During your conference trip you stay together on board the sailing boat. We have boats where up to twelve people and crew can stay comfortably, if you are many in the company, we sail with more boats. With crew on board who take care of sailing and serving, your time can be spent on conferencing and socializing with each other.
Whether you have a lot or a little experience of sailing, it is an experience beyond the ordinary, those who are curious to learn more get an excellent opportunity to do this.

CONFERENCE TRIP ON A SAILBOAT

How much does it cost?

We are often asked what it costs to go on a conference trip abroad with your colleagues. How much investment in your employees is required to carry out a conference trip abroad varies of course depending on your purpose, needs and content.

We usually start from the price indication below:
As an example, we usually count on 10 people on board a sailboat with skipper and host, breakfast, lunch, drinks (soft drinks and water) and more and for 4 days, Saturday to Tuesday. If we calculate this above, the price is usually from about SEK 9,500 per person excluding VAT (the price affects depending on the period, boat and number of people etc.)

MONOHULL & CATAMARAN

Boats we usually sail with

We usually use both monohulls and catamarans. Depending on what you want and the size of the group, we will give you recommendations on boats for you and your colleagues.

The boats are well equipped and comfortable and of newer model. They are built and equipped to spend at least a week at sea without access to charging / refueling of electricity and water. On the boat you will sleep comfortably, charge your cell phones and eat good food. On board the boat you will also find life jackets, fire extinguishers, a lifeboat and first aid. Bedding and towels are provided for everyone on board, but we recommend packing an extra towel so you have one for saltwater baths and one for freshwater showers. Whether you're young or old, experienced or inexperienced, we want it to be easy and fun. With us, everyone can sail!

What our guests think

We carbon offset your sailing trip

At More Sailing, we care about the environment and sustainability is important to us. That's why we do our utmost to give back as much as we can - before, during and after your trip. We carbon offset all sailing trips to 110% through investments in various climate projects. In addition, we offset all internal travel for staff and are mindful of the other impacts the company has - all to be as climate neutral as we can. We do not believe that we are buying a clear conscience through carbon offsetting, but we are doing something concrete to slow down global warming.
