This is only an excerpt from Anna's blog post. Read this post and many more about the trip here.

"My first steps on the sailboat Lady Nor were faltering. My body was not yet used to being on a rocking boat. The way to the front sun deck felt long and wobbly and I followed the advice to hold on to something all the time. It was wobbly, I preferred to crawl as my brain had not yet managed to read where I was. After a while, the body had gotten used to it and the stumbling steps were no longer hesitant but my legs went steadily forward.

The meeting with the other guests was thrilling and exciting. A blissful mix of personalities ranging from twenty to eighty-one years old. Julia, Sara and Clara, three girls studying for the police, two of whom played football at a high level. Clara, the third girl, was a true hero, as she had recently undergone cruciate ligament surgery and had a steel brace on her leg, but was not afraid to join the trip, and she was also an expert at braiding hair and I had different braids in my hair every day. Halvar and Alfhild retired sailors from Norway who traveled the world, in addition, Halvar turned 80 years on the boat which we celebrated with bubbles, Jessica and Fred a couple from Stockholm, how good and sweet as ever. In addition, Fredde looked like Ken, you know Barbie's Ken, incredibly beautiful whose favorite words were

"But & Or" words that will always make me smile, Kristoffer a guy with a big heart and experience of sailing and who owns his own sailboat and then Carina and me. Two girls who had never set foot on a sailboat before, let alone swim in deep water, when I just recently, in mid-May, took the step to swim in deep water. The fear was overcome, and 14-20 meters no longer felt like an obstacle. Of course, it was worse at the thought of 100 meters depth and hence the fender jump that took place later in the week, as I simply felt that it was too deep. I save that jump for next time, probably I will have overcome more fears by then and a fender jump of 10 meters up in the air with landing in 100 meters depth feels like a trifle:)''.
