Croatia's inviting coastline and beautiful archipelago with its thousands of islands and skerries should of course be discovered from the sea. Petra Hallin and Mia Johansson thought so and took their husbands on a sailing week with More Sailing. Once home again, they hurried to book themselves again - on the same trip next summer!
- Together with two other couples, we were 8 guests on board and we felt at home immediately, says Petra. The catamaran is stable and cozy with lots of space and large social areas. Put on your bikini, it's really easy living from second one.

Easy living?

- You don't have to worry about anything, everything is sun-warmed and turquoise blue. While we took a morning dip, our hostess Felicia set up a fantastic breakfast buffet. There we could sit and chat for a good while and then we sailed for a few hours and bathed while traveling. Anyone who wanted could go drinking after the catamaran. Or take the opportunity to learn a little about sailing. Or just relax of course, maybe lie and sunbathe on the net in the bow. Everything is always very flexible. As it happened, Felicia had prepared fruit and snacks such as spicy cheeses and Croatian charcuterie for snacks. Or it was time for lunch, so incredibly good food all week and always something for all tastes. Eventually we docked in some nice port, it was striking how well organized everything was.
everything was. We spruced up a bit and had a drink on the boat before going ashore and having dinner at some cozy restaurant that we chose ourselves.

Croatia is one of the sunniest countries in Europe. The exact route is determined by the wind. Beachcombing on islands like windsurfers' favorite Brac and lavender-scented Hvar was interspersed with dips in hidden coves on lesser-known islands - like tranquil Vis, where the latest 'Mamma Mia' movie was filmed.
Mia remembers one morning in particular.
- "We set off really early to meet the sunrise out at sea. It was magical. The coffee pot was hot and there were lots of pictures.

None of the guests on board had any previous experience of sailing a catamaran.
- "We have a motor boat at home, but to sail in such beautiful surroundings together with a caring host couple who know both the boat and the area is something completely different," says Petra. Our skipper Gustav and hostess Felicia took such fantastic care of us. We were amazed at how incredibly competent and caring they were, they had control over everything. We had no demands on us at all. At the same time, it's more fun if you help, so we did, with the addition and some cooking, a little bit like that.

More Sailing's concept where everything from flight and skipper to food and drink on board is included is appealing, think Petra and Mia.
- It is the best possible arrangement right through, says Mia. "You are in good hands from the moment you step off the plane. They have thought of everything. The community and the joy, that we had so much fun together, we got on the purchase. This was really the best trip ever. Of the 8 of us on board, 6 have already booked the same trip again next year. It will probably not be the last time either ...
